These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Siddharth Entertainers (“Company”) and the Client (“You/Your”). By booking or attending an event organized by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Booking: To confirm an event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the event date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation.

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 15 days of the event may incur additional charges up to 40% of the total event cost.

Cancellation by Company: Siddharth Entertainers reserves the right to cancel or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or artist unavailability. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow all event guidelines. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Safety Measures: The Company adheres to all relevant safety regulations. Attendees must comply with any safety instructions given by staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Liability: Siddharth Entertainers is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

Content Use: Any photos, videos, or audio recordings taken at the event by the Company are the property of Siddharth Entertainers and may be used for promotional purposes. Attendees grant the Company the right to use their likeness in these materials.

Third-Party Rights: The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content (e.g., music, video) used at the event does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Data Collection: The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This data is used solely for the purpose of event management and marketing.

Data Sharing: Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai jurisdiction.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the event will be resolved through mutual discussion before resorting to legal action.
